Are you passionate about driving equity, diversity and inclusion while delivering expert HR support across a dynamic organisation? We’re looking for a Senior HR Advisor to lead our ED&I strategy and provide high-impact HR guidance across the employee lifecycle.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Champion our ED&I action plan, co-chair the Steering Group, and embed inclusive practices across policies, training and culture.
  • Partner with managers to deliver expert advice on employee relations, performance, restructures and engagement.
  • Analyse workforce data to inform strategy and ensure compliance with equality legislation.
  • Lead HR projects that enhance employee experience, retention and development.

What you’ll bring:

  • CIPD Level 5 or above and 3+ years’ HR generalist experience.
  • Proven track record in ED&I strategy and initiatives.
  • Strong employment law knowledge and confident handling complex casework.
  • Excellent communication skills and HR systems proficiency.
  • Business Partnering and Stakeholder management skills.
