    South Worcestershire ICThas an exciting and rewarding opportunity to join the Digital Transformation & Applications team, working on behalf of three SouthWorcestershire Councils. The successful candidate will benefit from being part of an enthusiastic and innovative team who are always striving to find new ways to transform council services.

    You will be key in supporting thedelivery of projects,using agile development techniquesandmaximising the valueof O365 andtheMicrosoft Modern Workspace.

    About you:

    The successful candidate will:

    • Have an aptitude for being creative, innovative and have a positive can do attitude with the drive to deliver. They will be able to adapt to meet the needs of the customer whilst also ensuring the business needs are met.
    • Be resilient and tolerant of pressure and be able to work on a number of issues within tight deadlines.
    • It will be essential for the candidate to have good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, specifically Power Platform.
    • You will be required to coordinate with other ICT team members on wider ICT projects so will be able to demonstrate experience of project delivery within agreed timescales and working as part of a team.
    • Experience of user research and product and process analysis is important in ensuring the successful candidate is able to understand project requirements and implement the right solution.
    • Excellent customer service skills are essential, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers at differing levels of ability.
