Health Liaison Team - 37 Hours Permanent - Stevenage/Hybrid

The Business Support Senior Officer role is essential to meeting contractual obligations and KPIs within the ICB Service Level Agreement. The post coordinates the Purple Folder, supports the Purple Star team, and ensures delivery of the Purple Star accreditation through training coordination, evidence gathering, and reporting across countywide health partners. Without this role, statutory and contractual requirements would be at risk, efficiency would fall, and pressure on the wider team would increase. Retaining the post is therefore critical to service continuity, performance assurance, and delivery of agreed outcomes.
