Senior Arborist
This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your Arboriculture career within one of London’s most diverse and valued urban forests.
You will play a key role leading a skilled team of arborists working across our country parks, parks, & open spaces, including several historically significant and biodiverse sites. This role is ideal for:
- Experienced arborists and climbers ready to progress into a leadership role
- Early-career team leaders looking to develop management skills while continuing hands-on tree work
You will:
- Lead and motivate a skilled team delivering high-quality tree maintenance and management
- Ensure excellent standards of health & safety, workmanship, and professionalism
- Work across some of London’s most historic, ecologically rich, and high-profile green spaces
- Contribute to the long-term care of trees within heritage landscapes and public open spaces
About You – Experience & Skillset
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Proven climbing experience (minimum of three years)
- NPTC qualifications: CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 (essential)
- A full valid UK driving licence
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example
- A genuine passion for arboriculture and public green spaces
