    About the role

    An excellent opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join the WNC Wellbeing Service as a full-time Senior Administrator. A varied and interesting role, the successful candidate will be part of a friendly team committed to improving health outcomes for local people. As a prevention and early intervention service our Senior Administrator will have a key role in actioning referrals, customer contact, line management responsibilities, and helping to deliver business and administrative tasks across the team by using a variety of internal computer systems, case management systems and Microsoft 365 apps.

    Additional information

    The ideal candidate will be flexible, highly motivated, have the ability to work independently, and can use their own initiative. They will have excellent computer skills, be proficient and accurate in the use of Microsoft 365 apps, including Excel, to update and input information, records and data. The role will suit someone who is not daunted by a fast paced and busy working environment and who has an eye for detail. The successful candidate will have a 'can-do' attitude and be an excellent and reliable team player, with exceptional communication skills, working alongside and line managing a Business Support Officer.
