What we can offer you:
- A caring, inclusive and welcoming school community with engaged pupils and supportive families.
- An exceptional setting on the edge of Wildmoor Heath Nature Reserve, including a dedicated Forest School area and Growing Garden.
- A collaborative and professional staff team that values wellbeing and career development.
- Opportunities to work with colleagues locally and across the Greenshaw Trust.
- Excellent CPD and clear pathways for progression.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong administrative experience, ideally in a school or education setting.
- Can lead and coordinate office systems, processes and communication effectively.
- Is confident in using a range of IT systems, with excellent attention to detail.
- Can build strong, professional relationships with children, families, staff and external partners.
- Is proactive, flexible and able to manage a busy and varied workload.
- Embodies our school values: Respect, Honesty, Independence and Resilience.
What’s in it for you?
- Ongoing professional development and career progression.
- A generous pension scheme.
- Access to the Employee Assistance Programme to support wellbeing.
- Additional benefits, including cycle-to-work scheme, gym discounts and free eye tests.
- The chance to be part of a friendly, ambitious team within a supportive organisation.
