    What is the job role?

    The Headteacher and Governors are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our senior leadership team as the School’s Business Manager.

    Key duties include:

    • A strategic leadership role as a member of the school’s senior leadership team.
    • Responsibility for the schools finances and budgetary management
    • Provision of efficient and effective support services throughout the school
    • Lead on Health & Safety
    • Lead on Human Resources practice and policy
    • Lead a team of non-teaching support staff, acting as the Line Manager for the Office Team and the School’s Site Services Officer.

    Who are we looking for?

    The successful candidate will be someone who has excellent

    organisational skills, a positive attitude towards work and strong

    interpersonal skills.

    They will hold a Certificate of School Business Management (or

    equivalent) or have a proven track record as a School Business Manager leading

    a number of school teams. Have experience of working with SIMS.
