Whitegrove is a large, successful and over-subscribed primary school on the north-east side of Bracknell. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our talented staff team. The School Business Manager will lead and manage all aspects of finance, estate management, personnel, lettings, in-house catering and cleaning, including leadership of the administrative and premises staff.
The successful candidate will have:
- experience of working in a finance role in a business or education environment at a management level
- skills in some of the following areas HR, health and safety, compliancy,
- great organisation skills, be methodical and have the ability to prioritise
- proficient IT skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to manage and lead a multi-disciplinary team and relate to children and families
- a proactive attitude approach to problem solving and overcoming challenges
- initiative and be unflappable under pressure in order to meet the changing needs and demands of the school
