
School Business Manager
Due to the retirement of the current postholder, Grange Farm Primary School are looking to appoint a highly motivated, organised and committed School Business Manager to join the School Leadership Team and drive improving standards across the School.
Grange Farm is a two form entry Primary school set in the desirable area of Styvechale – not far from the War Memorial Park - in Coventry.

The Headteacher and Governors are looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and forward-thinking professional to join our School as the School’s Business Manager.
This is a key role in our School and you will need to have a proven track record leading a number of school teams.
Key Duties include:
· Managing the School’s finances
· Overseeing management of the premises
· Lead on Health and Safety
· Lead HR practice and policy
In addition, you will lead a team of non-teaching support staff, acting as the Line Manager for the Office team and the School’s Site Services Manager.
There will be a requirement for you to attend occasional evening meetings, for which either payment or time off in lieu will be made.
You will work 30 hours per week but start and finish times can be negotiated. The post is term-time only, plus 5 Teacher Days and a further 1 week during school closure periods. This is likely to be at the end of the summer holidays.

Salary range
- £24,318 - £28,765 per year
