    12 hours per week

    Mansfield Palace Theatre is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly and customer focused Sales and Donations Assistant to join our Box Office team. If you are a person who thrives on providing great customer service in a busy entertainment venue, we would love to hear from you.

    As a Sales and Donations Assistant you will be the first point of contact for all audience members and other visitors to the theatre. This 12 hour post means you will be working different shifts within our opening hours during the week, with an expectation that there will be some evenings and weekends.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Give an excellent customer service online, over the phone and social media
    • Create opportunities to maximise sales and donations to achieve targets
    • Respond to all customer enquiries in person or on the phone
    • Share content on social media accounts to promote sales
    • Ensure the correct set-up and sales of all events on the box office system as directed by your manager
    • Manage all ticketing and sales requests
    • Be responsible for the security of cash, financial information and data
