£28,424 - £33,940 per annum (Grade 5 - 6)

Full-Time – 37 Hours per week

Are you looking for a new challenge, whether you already have experience in revenues and council tax or are ready to develop your career through professional training? We have an exciting opportunity within our Council Tax team for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service and making a positive impact in our community.

As part of our Revenues and Welfare team, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate council tax records and supporting residents with their queries. This role offers the opportunity to either bring your existing knowledge and experience to the team or to develop your skills and knowledge while working towards a recognised professional qualification, with appropriate support and training.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is committed to providing excellent customer service.
  • Works well as part of a team to inspire and support others.
  • Can work well under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to our Corporate Values and Behaviours.
  • Either has relevant experience in council tax or revenues work or is willing to undertake and work towards a professional qualification.
