    You will lead the coordination of resourcing panels and manage the financial arrangements for care packages, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with statutory regulations. You’ll work closely with commissioning managers, frontline teams, and finance colleagues to reconcile data, monitor income, and support the delivery of high-quality services for children and families.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Programme and coordinate referral cases and panel submissions.
    • Manage financial records for care packages using electronic systems.
    • Analyse activity data to inform financial forecasting and demographic trends.
    • Monitor and report on income and charging arrangements.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on complex resource issues.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports to internal and external stakeholders.
    • Review and improve systems and processes, delivering training where needed.

    What We’re Looking For

    • A relevant Level 3 qualification (and commitment to progress to Level 4).
    • Significant experience in business support or financial environments.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    • Confidence in managing sensitive and confidential information.
    • A proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused approach.
