    What is the job role?

    We are looking to recruit a Ceremony Coordinator/Registrar to ensure high standards of customer care in the preparation and delivery of ceremonies and the associated paperwork. Assist in raising the profile and promoting the wonderful accommodation on offer at Cheylesmore Manor House. Your role will include meeting couples to discuss and create a bespoke ceremony, offering services available to enhance the day.

    A key aspect of this role is the ability to identify opportunities to promote and sell additional ceremony-related services and products, such as enhanced packages, keepsakes, or venue upgrades. The successful candidate will be commercially minded, confident in upselling, and proactive in contributing to income generation targets. Performance in this area will be regularly monitored and measured against agreed KPIs to ensure continued growth and success.

    All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.

    Who are we looking for?

    If you are enthusiastic, innovative, forward-thinking and great with people, this could be the role for you. Excellent interpersonal skills, good public speaking, and the ability to produce work to a high degree of accuracy are essential for this role.

    The Ceremony Co-ordinators' regular working pattern will be on a two-week pattern. Monday to Saturday, followed by Tuesday to Friday.

    A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
