Are you passionate about finding and supporting families who can provide safe, loving homes for children? We’re looking for a dynamic Fostering Recruitment Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts and help transform lives.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the fostering recruitment process – from initial enquiries and suitability assessments to professional recommendations.
- Drive local marketing campaigns – manage social media, website content, and build partnerships with agencies and community organisations to widen our reach.
- Organise and deliver events – from information sessions to community outreach, including occasional weekend work to attend fairs and promote fostering opportunities.
- Use your social work insight and safeguarding knowledge to ensure high-quality foster carer approvals.
- Track and analyse recruitment trends using spreadsheets and digital tools to evaluate campaign performance.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong communication skills and confidence using IT, social media, and data tracking tools.
- Creativity, independence, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A commitment to continuous learning and safeguarding the welfare of children at all times.

- Salary: £42,839 - £49,282 per annum (plus additional £3k market supplement)
- Annual Leave: 28 days per annum (increasing to 33 days with 5 years continuous service with a LA)
