    We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our Human Resources Recruitment Team. You will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to the Team and supporting managers in understanding procedures. You will act as a first point of contact for the Team ensuring that queries are answered in a timely manner.

    You will support the Team in processing of recruitment documentation, offer letters and pre-employment checks, advertisements and maintain spreadsheets and systems as and when required to support the work of the Team.

    You should have excellent IT/admin skills and experience of working in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you should have experience of working in recruitment within a large organisation. Experience of our ATS system, iTrent would be beneficial but not mandatory.
