We are looking for a part-time receptionist to provide front of house services at Harborough Innovation Centre on Mondays and Tuesdays (2 days/16 hours per week).
Harborough Innovation Centre (HIC) provides support services to start-up and growing businesses in the Harborough district. As the first point of contact for our residential businesses and visitors using our flexible workspaces, meeting and conference rooms, you will work as part of a friendly and dedicated team delivering first class, professional customer service. Ensuring all enquiries are processed to the required performance standards and complying with the Council’s policies & procedures are key responsibilities of this post.
Applicants should have previous experience of administrative and clerical duties and possess good customer liaison skills. Duties also include provision of a telephony service and mail handling on behalf of the businesses associated with the Innovation Centre, as well as ad hoc cover in our busy café as required. Flexibility will be required to cover holidays and sickness.
The closing date for receipt of completed applications is Monday 26/01/2026 at 9:00am. Interviews will be held on Monday 09/02/2026.
Desirable criteria from the person specification may be used for sifting purposes.
