
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Caslon Primary Community School is a single form entry school with on-site Nursery provision located in Cradley on the outskirts of Halesowen. We are also proud to have a specialist unit for children with Social Emotional and Mental Health needs and an Early Years Inclusion Hub.

We are looking to appoint a confident and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant for our school. You will play an integral part in providing administrative support to the whole school, as well as acting as the first point of contact for parents and visitors.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise workloads, use their initiative and have a flexible “can do” approach to their work.
- Have experience of using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Arbor MIS system would be advantageous but not essential
The vacancy is 30 hours per week with the following working pattern:
Monday 08:00 - 15:30, Tuesday 08:00 - 14:30, Wednesday 08:00 - 12.00, Thursday 08:00 - 14:30, Fri 08:00 - 15:30
There may be some flexibilty with the proposed working pattern for the right candidate.
