Quantity Surveyor
£34,434 - £39,152 per annum (pay award pending)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a suitably experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Assets and Capital Works Manager in overseeing the capital investment requirements of the Council’s housing stock. The role plays a key part in ensuring that all homes meet decent, safe living standards for tenants and leaseholders.

You will take the lead in providing a comprehensive Quantity Surveying service, including the procurement and financial management of projects delivered through the Housing Asset Management function.
You will also have:
- Experience in preparing all necessary documentation for the procurement and management of projects
- A proven track record of overseeing and monitoring budgets
- Knowledge of housing repairs legislation and compliance requirements
- A high level of self-motivation and self-discipline
- A current, valid full UK driving licence
