In this role you will demonstrate that Ekaya can achieve the high standards we set for ourselves and is a crucial post in ensuring that service delivery targets and resident satisfaction is achieved.

You will deliver a high quality, customer focused surveying/inspection service of planned, capital and cyclical work programmes to all properties ensuring responsive repairs and void works at properties are completed to standard and within the dedicated budget.

As well as delivering Ekaya’s day to day repairs service, including assisting in Disrepair cases and major repairs, you will manage void repairs efficiently in line with the void policy and procedure and provide Pre and Post Inspections in line with Ekaya’s inspection regime.
