Property Support Officer
Are you an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working with people? We are looking for a confident and motivated Property Support Officer to join our Property and Estates Team and help keep our property services running smoothly.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a busy and varied service area, supporting a portfolio that includes offices, commercial premises, industrial units, community centres and sports pavilions. You will provide high-quality administrative, financial and operational support, helping the team deliver an efficient and responsive service.
What makes this role attractive?
- A varied role
- The chance to support a wide range of property and estates activities
- Opportunities to build knowledge in property management, maintenance and compliance
- A friendly team environment with flexible working available
You will be comfortable working in a busy office environment, communicating professionally with customers by telephone and in writing, and preparing clear correspondence, emails and meeting minutes. Experience in property management, maintenance or compliance would be beneficial, but we are equally interested in someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Previous experience of using databases, such as Concerto and Integra, would be an advantage. If you are a reliable team player who enjoys supporting others, managing detail and contributing to services that make a real difference, we would love to hear from you.
