Who are we?
Hawley Woods School provides a specialist environment and support primarily for autistic children and those needing a similarly adapted approach with small classes of 6-8 pupils within our calm, nurturing setting. Our school caters for children from the age of 7 up to 16 years (Key Stages 2, 3 and 4). 
We help children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) who may be struggling to keep up with the pace of work, may be losing confidence, or struggling with the overwhelming sensory environment of their mainstream school. We also help children who have been out of education for a period of time, to positively re-engage in an education which takes into account any negative experiences they may have had in schools so far.

Hawley Woods School is part of Kedleston Group. We specialise in providing specialist education and care for children aged 7-19 with a range of special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). About the Role&nbsp;
Camberley Theatre is seeking an Operations Assistant to support with the general activities within the theatre.&nbsp; The successful applicant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as taking in deliveries, room set-ups, hospitality preparations for functions, light maintenance and cover for Box Office and Front of House where required.&nbsp; The role will also include regular duty management, ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of all theatre Front of House operations during shows and events.&nbsp; The role is a permanent, part-time position with hours allocated on a rota basis dependent on business needs.&nbsp; Shifts will vary across daytime, evening, weekdays and weekends and it is imperative that applicants have good availability to accommodate this kind of shift pattern.&nbsp;

About the Role

We are seeking a strong individual to bring excellent customer service and high standards to our car parking service. Working across the Borough and within a busy operations office, you will help keep our multi-storey and surface car parks running smoothly, providing excellent customer care under sometimes demanding situations and enforcing parking regulations in our car parks.
You will provide direct customer care from our Main Square car park office either by phone, intercom or face to face. Full training will be given on our ICT systems, payment systems and pay stations. Joint Waste Solutions Assistant Monitoring Officer (West)
Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity tackling environmental issues?
This role will help support the management of the joint waste collection and street cleansing contract, driving service improvements and helping residents to understand the recycling service, overcoming any issues they may experience and avoid contaminating their recycling.
At Joint Waste Solutions (JWS), there is an East operations team, managing the services in Elmbridge and Mole Valley and a West operations team who manage services for Surrey Heath and Woking Borough Councils.
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of the public by checking the service providers’ staff are complying with the safe systems of work and by conducting crew checks. While ensuring civic pride through monitoring street cleaning, reporting defective levels of cleanliness, and following up to ensure the issue has been rectified.&nbsp;&nbsp;
The successful candidate will have experience of monitoring contracts and using performance management systems as well as experience of providing a good standard of customer care. An understanding of environmental issues as well as a knowledge of health and safety legislation is beneficial but not essential. You’ll need excellent verbal and written communications skills, be able to get involved in a range of projects and deliver them to deadline, as well as a methodological approach to information gathering, recording and reporting.
This vacancy with the West Operations team (Surrey Heath and Woking) is a permanent, part-time position of 22 hours with flexibility to fulfil these hours across the working week.

The Council is looking for a candidate who can progress property transactions, working collaboratively with the Council’s property team and with minimal supervision and has the confidence to tackle a variety of other matters. Hawley Woods School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic cleaner&nbsp;to join our team to support with daily cleaning and housekeeping duties.
About the role:
<ul>
<li>Daily cleaning throughout the whole school, including classrooms, specialist teaching rooms, staff rooms, offices and all internal circulation spaces according to work schedules and set standards</li><li>To maintain all bathroom, toilet and shower areas in a hygienic condition according to set
</li><li>standards</li><li>Participating in thorough deep cleaning of the school, especially for special events</li><li>Using a range of cleaning equipment, aids and agents, including vacuum cleaners, floor polishers and a range of appropriate cleaning materials</li><li>Collecting of waste from bins, including recycling bins</li><li>Adhering to good health and hygiene practices</li><li>Storing safely all cleaning materials at the end of the duty period in the appropriate storage facility</li></ul>
Other reasonable additional duties which may be required from time to time.
What we’re looking for:

<li>Previous experience in cleaning, preferably in a school or similar environment.</li><li>A good understanding of health &amp; safety and cleaning standards</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Friendly and approachable</li><li>A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team.</li></ul>
