About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Property Support Officer to join our Housing Maintenance and Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of the team’s supply chain, financial transactions, and health and safety function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance and repair services to our housing stock.

What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and financial support.
- Provide administrative support to the Health and Safety Co-Ordinator
- Process requisitions and external invoices accurately and efficiently.
Assist with performance monitoring by inputting data into systems
About you
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an office-based, customer-focused environment.
- Strong IT and keyboard skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritise work.
- A commitment to teamwork, flexibility, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures would be advantageous

Salary range
- £29,064 - £30,024 per year
