    As part of the Transformation Programme Management Office (PMO) you'll play a key role in driving forward projects and programmes that will help shape the future of West Northamptonshire Council.

    What will you be doing?

    As a Project Support Officer you’ll help deliver transformative projects that make a real impact across West Northamptonshire Council. Working within a fast-paced Programme Management Office (PMO), you’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation, support project delivery, and grow your professional skills by:

    • Supporting project and programme managers in delivering successful outcomes.
    • Working closely with senior leaders, including senior managers and directors.
    • Building strong relationships with partner organisations.
    • Contributing to governance and assurance activities across programmes.
    • Advising on project standards, tools, and processes.
    • Exploring and implementing new ways of working to improve delivery.

    You communicate clearly across various platforms and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. With your strong IT skills—especially in MS365 tools like SharePoint—you’re ready to take on new challenges.
