Come join the Team! We have a vacancy for a Project Support Officer within the Warm Homes Team in our Strategic Housing service.

We are working hard to ensure that everyone in the Borough has a safe, warm and energy efficient home, developing affordable warmth programmes and tackling fuel poverty.

As a Project Support Officer, you will support the delivery of existing and future fuel poverty initiatives aimed at improving the energy efficiency of homes and providing support and assistance to residents to help them save money on their energy bills. We’re looking for someone with a commitment to tackling fuel poverty and health inequalities who has experience of supporting the delivery of projects aimed at improving outcomes for residents. You should have some experience of dealing with vulnerable people in crisis situations, along with exceptional administrative and call-handling skills. We are a small, passionate and busy team and so you will need to be organised and able to work on your own initiative. You will also need to have strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve outcomes.

Please note - this is a hybrid position and requires a set number of days per week to be office-based therefore you must live within a reasonable commutable distance.
