Flexible working is available but there is a requirement to work in Camden offices and visit Camden project sites regularly.

The Capital Works Projects team are a dedicated division within Property Management, set up, to deliver all strategic, multi discipline, capital project works across the Camden property portfolio.
The role
As the project manager you will work closely with the programme manager to deliver works of various scopes and technicality supported by internal funds and external grants to the value of £500k - +£10m per annum. In this role you will mobilise and deliver the appropriate planned works projects, making sure consultation, engagement, quality, relevant legislative compliance and commercial management processes are practically adhered to and recorded.

You should have significant experience in construction project management and or project delivery, as well as knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, compliance and the implementation of CDM regulations. You should have knowledge of leaseholder management, consultation and service charge arrangements. Knowledge of procurement processes relevant to the delivery of construction activities and repairs and maintenance services.
Ideally you should be well versed in energy efficiency / sustainability / net zero / retrofit, and have a understanding of ISO / BS and PAS Standards together with Building Regulations to deliver compliant and best practice (PAS 2035 PAS 2030) construction projects. Your projects could be associated to significant grant funding such as SHDF 2.1 / SHF W3 / ECO, therefore grant compliance and monitoring knowledge will be advantageous. We’d like you to demonstrate a commitment to service excellence and a track record in positive resident engagement. As well as be familiar with the process of managing design and specialist team professionals.
You should have problem solving skills, can anticipate change and facilitate that change to meet the project requirements. You should be a strategic thinker
