We’re looking for a committed and skilled Project Manager to join our Housing People Services department. This role is central to delivering the council’s vision for a fair and inclusive city, supporting our Homes for Everyone strategy, and helping to create a better Brighton & Hove for all.
Fixed term for 24 months
Interview date: week commencing 8th December

About the role
As a Project Manager, you will help tackle some of the city’s most complex challenges, including homelessness, rough sleeping, and the rising cost of temporary accommodation. Directly you will:
- Lead and manage a portfolio of diverse projects from start-up to implementation and post-project evaluation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop project briefs, specifications, and mobilise delivery.
- Drive change management processes and ensure optimal use of resources
You’ll bring strong project management skills, experience in public, private or voluntary sector environments, and a commitment to collaborative and inclusive working.

Additional information
Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.

Salary range
- £39,862 - £42,839 per year
