Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for digital transformation? Castle Point Borough Council is seeking a Project Management Administrator to oversee the end-to-end implementation of the MRI Integrated Housing Management System (IHMS), a modern digital platform transforming housing services.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the full IHMS project lifecycle - from procurement and configuration through data migration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation optimisation.
- Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, meeting operational, regulatory, and customer needs.
- Act as the primary interface between the Council, MRI, ICT, Housing Services, Finance, and external partners.
- Drive effective communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement throughout.
About you:
- Proven experience managing complex digital system implementations, ideally within housing or local government.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Track record in achieving project goals on time and within budget.
