    What is the job role?

    This post provides leadership and focused support to key areas of Children's Services, namely LADO and Child Protection. The post holder must have detailed knowledge of the Children's Information Management system. Dealing with enquiries through various mediums to ensure resolution or forwarding to the relevant person(s) for action. You will be responsible for the daily management of the Front Office Team. You will oversee the administrative/clerical work and ensure that quality standards are introduced and maintained. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management for the team.

    You will be required to be proficient in designing Excel analyses for performance monitoring and completing subsequent data for analysis outcomes every month. You will need experience in managing a team, undertaking supervision and completing annual Personal Development Reviews. The role will involve diary management of conferences, allocating workloads to the team; preferably, knowledge of basic report writing and knowledge of AI would be advantageous. You will work alongside the Professional Support Manager on a daily basis.

    This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
