Principal People Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced CIPD qualified HR professional to join the team in assisting the Council during its transition to a new unitary authority in April 2028 . This will be a busy and an exciting time to be working in Local Government.

You will have a wealth of experience in employment relations and organisational change, including TUPE, and be able to operate effectively within a complex and evolving environment.

You will be collaborative in your approach, with strong communication and engagement skills, and be able to manage competing priorities while working with a high degree of independence.
