We have an excellent opportunity for a Principal Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control Solutions team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full-time, permanent basis.

As the Principal Building Control Surveyor, you will help Wokingham Borough Council and West Berkshire District Council deliver a safe, healthy and sustainable built environment for our communities. You’ll be the senior technical authority overseeing plan checking, site inspections and enforcement, ensuring that every building complies with the Building Regulations, the Building Act 1984 and the Building Safety Act.
