The Governors are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Site Manager with a flexible approach to work, who will ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our school. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our school is safe, secure, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. Maintaining the buildings and grounds, your work will directly support the success of our school and create the conditions in which every pupil can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the school premises are safe, tidy and secure at all times, including the opening and locking of buildings, setting alarms and reporting potential security breaches
- Carry out day to day maintenance and basic repairs; oversee planned maintenance and liaise with external contractors
- Supervise and support the Assistant Site Manger/Handyperson, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Act as the main keyholder, ensuring the security of the premises and responding to callouts
- Order and maintain stock of cleaning and maintenance supplies
- Act as the first point of contact for site related emergencies e.g. flood, break-ins, repairs
- Promote health and safety across the school and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Contribute to site development planning and the long-term improvement of facilities
- Support lettings and out of hours use of the premises as required
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in site management, caretaking or a similar role
- Has a good knowledge of health and safety procedures and regulations
- Has practical skills in general maintenance, repairs and use of relevant tools/equipment
- Has the ability to plan, prioritise and manage a varied workload
- Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reliable, flexible and proactive
- Is enthusiastic and committed to making a difference
- Is organised, efficient and able to work in a busy environment
- Will support, contribute and uphold our strong Catholic ethos
