The Governors wish to appoint a Premises Officer Level 3. We are a Catholic Primary School within the heart of the community. Exciting plans are in place for expansion in the next few years and we are looking for a premises officer to help us manage and navigate this. As a family school, we would like our premises officer to be part of the school community and be involved in school life where possible. Ideally our new premises officer will like dogs (as we have two school dogs!) and will have a code ’D’ on their driver’s licence or be willing to undertake training to obtain this to help drive the school mini-bus. Please read the attached Premises Officer Level 3 Job Description.

St Leo’s and Southmead Catholic Primary School is committed to safeguarding, to promoting the welfare of children and adhering to the Equality Act 2010. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhance Disclosure and Barring Service check. To comply with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 all prospective employees will be required to supply evidence of eligibility to work in the UK.
