About the Role
The post, print & document solutions team is a vital part of Ealing Council’s property services department, delivering essential post and corporate print functions across the council estate. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced post, print & document solutions manager to lead this critical service.

Purpose of the Role
As the lead officer for the service, you will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of an efficient, customer-focused post and print function. You will manage relationships across the council and drive continuous improvement, aligning services with our wider corporate and digital objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the post, print & document solutions team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance existing services and introduce innovative document solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure services meet business needs.
  • Drive digital transformation within the service, supporting the council’s corporate objectives.
  • Ensure compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all operations.

About You
We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in managing post, print and/or document solutions or similar service delivery.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to deliver operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of digital transformation and document management solutions.
