    We are offering an exciting opportunity to join us as a Plumbing Apprentice, where you will develop the skills, knowledge, behaviours, and qualifications required to become a fully qualified.

    This role provides hands-on experience working alongside experienced operatives, combined with structured training as part of an apprenticeship programme.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Apprentice, you will:

    • Demonstrate safe, effective, and efficient working practices at all times
    • Learn from experienced operatives and complete assigned duties
    • Assist with identifying, analysing, and troubleshooting mechanical faults
    • Support repair and maintenance activities using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Read and interpret drawings and schematics (or develop this skill)
    • Communicate professionally with colleagues, clients, and the public
    • Complete documentation accurately using IT systems
    • Work collaboratively with other trades, suppliers, and teams [
    • Ensure Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is used appropriately at all times
    • Order materials where required
    • Undertake all required training and study to achieve apprenticeship standards

    What We’re Looking For

    Essential Requirements

    • Eligible to enrol on a Level 2 or Level 3 apprenticeship relevant to the role [
    • Good timekeeping, punctuality, and reliability
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
    • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
    • Ability to meet deadlines and deliver work to an acceptable standard

    Knowledge & Skills

    • Awareness of construction or trade environments
    • Basic IT skills, including Microsoft applications
    • Ability (or willingness to learn) to read drawings and schematics
    • Good technical aptitude and willingness to follow instructions
    • Strong listening skills and a proactive approach to learning
    • Positive, enthusiastic attitude towards training and development
    • Ability to use initiative and develop prioritisation skills
