    Our Values

Wyken Croft provides an excellent environment for all of the stakeholders of the school. Although we are a large primary school in Coventry, we pride ourselves on knowing each child and family individually, allowing our children to achieve their maximum potential. We have our ‘Seven Steps to Success’ embedded within our culture, which we believe enables our children to be happy, engaged and positive about their futures, striving to be the very best they can be.

The Governors of Wyken Croft Primary School are excited to offer a part-time play worker role within our successful Phoenix Club. The club is an established before and after school facility providing high-quality care for our children. • Have the ability to create and maintain excellent levels of behaviour
    • Have excellent communication skills
    • Have excellent teamwork skills

Our school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced criminal record check via the DBS.
