Band E (SCP 7- 12) £26,403 - £28,598 per annum.
Planning Officer
Band G (SCP 19 - 24) £32,061 - £35,412 per annum.
Full time Permanent 37 hours per week - Hybrid working with a minimum 2 days office based per week, plus National Essential Car User Allowance £963 per annum.

Key Skills & Qualifications
- Enthusiastic, interested in planning and willing to learn
- Take a flexible approach to changing priorities and be able to adapt quickly to change
- A flair for writing accessible, accurate and informative reports
- Enthusiasm to engage with our customers, consultees, stakeholders and elected members
- The ability to effectively manage your own workload
- Up to date knowledge of the planning and appeals processes (for the Planning Officer role)
- It is essential that you have a full, valid ,UK driving licence and access to a Vehicle.
If you are interested in the role as a Planning Officer, then you will also need demonstrable knowledge of planning practice and procedure together with experience of managing a mixed planning caseload.
