
Pitch Co-Ordinator
Do you have an enthusiasm for sport and a commitment to the provision of quality service? If so, you may be the person we are looking for to join our Parks team providing excellent parks, green spaces and sports facilities in the City of Chelmsford.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate the ability to oversee and coordinate the safe use and hiring of sport facilities. Previous experience of caretaking or sports attendance will be an advantage. The successful applicant will be required to work outside in all weather conditions.
The hours of work will be based on annualised hours of 520 per annum, averaging 10 hours per week during evenings and weekends. Due to the nature of the role shift patterns will be varied.
The post-holder will be based at various parks within the city of Chelmsford. Late evening, weekend and bank holiday working will be required.
Interviews are currently scheduled for the week commencing 2nd and 3rd September 2025.
