The Role
We’re looking for a Performance and Insight Officer to lead the development and delivery of a robust performance management framework across two ambitious councils. This is your opportunity to shape how we track progress, improve services, and deliver on our strategic goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the development of performance frameworks that drive improvement and accountability.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and services to define meaningful KPIs and outcomes.
- Build and maintain systems that capture accurate, timely performance data.
- Create compelling reports and dashboards that bring data to life.
- Produce high-impact quarterly performance reports and contribute to our Annual Report.
- Champion data-driven decision-making across both councils.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, and insight generation.
- Strong skills in tools like Power BI, Excel, and data visualisation platforms.
- A knack for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to influence change.
- A degree or equivalent experience, plus a commitment to continuous learning.
