Do you want work in a progressive team who are embarking on a journey to deliver interactive, self-serve intelligence across Adult Care services in Lincolnshire County Council? If so, we have an exciting opportunity in the Corporate Performance Team which could be perfect for you.

The Corporate Performance Team is a central business intelligence hub which provides high quality data and intelligence from a diverse range of data sets using a variety of software across the Council.

We are looking to recruit a full time, permanent Performance & Intelligence Officer to support our Adult Care and Community Wellbeing team with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. We are looking for a dynamic and focused individual able to manage several business intelligence work streams and work in partnership with a range of teams across the Council. We expect you to be highly computer literate, have significant expertise in data analysis and reporting and are confident in interrogating and summarising large and complex datasets.

Knowledge of council services is advantageous but not essential and / or experience of reporting using Power BI, MS Excel, MS Access and SQL will be advantageous however, training will be provided for the successful candidate.

Salary range

  • £39,152 - £42,839 per year
