We are seeking an experienced Pensions Officer to join our small busy team administering the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) for all non-teaching employees of the London Borough of Redbridge.
You will be a good communicator, problem solver, literate and numerate with substantial experience of working with and interpreting the Local Government Pension Scheme Regulations.
This role is responsible for the calculation and payment of the whole range of retirement pensions, deferred pensions for leavers, transfers and deaths.
Other requirements for the role include; MS Office skills and a good working knowledge of the pension system Altair.
