Are you a detail-oriented payroll professional with a passion for accuracy and customer service? We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support the delivery of efficient, accurate, and compliant payroll, pension, and benefits services across the organisation. The role involves payroll processing, employee correspondence, and resolving payroll queries while ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and procedures. About the RoleAs a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time. You will have well developed team working, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads whilst working under pressure to deadlines and conflicting demands with a high level of accuracy.The successful candidate will be educated to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent and be able to demonstrate a good level of numeracy with evidence of working in a customer-orientated service area. - Has recent payroll experience and a strong understanding of payroll processes, pensions, and statutory requirements.
- Demonstrates excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Has experience using HR and Payroll systems and delivering excellent customer service.
Communicates effectively, works collaboratively, and maintains high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
Can adapt to change and contribute positively to service improvements.
