We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to get involved and support participants in building confidence and improving essential skills through community learning. The role focuses on working with hard-to-reach groups, delivering accredited and non-accredited sessions across Blaenau Gwent, and promoting the project through outreach and community engagement.

You will support participants to progress to further learning by working closely with partners and agencies, while keeping accurate records, monitoring progress, and ensuring all program requirements are met. The role also involves contributing to multi-agency work, attending events, and delivering sessions in various settings.

About the Role

As a Pathways Project Engagement Officer, you'll be involved in engagement activities and providing essential support to participants. You'll curate learning opportunities that are an integral part of the Pathways project. You'll plan and deliver engaging activities, inspire learners, and facilitate high-quality learning experiences.

You'll be key in providing tailored participant support, identifying individual needs, and creating learning pathways that resonate with diverse backgrounds and skill sets. Your role will encompass not just delivering courses but also being a motivating force, encouraging progress, and celebrating achievements, fostering a sense of accomplishment.

Collaboration will be essential as you work alongside a dedicated team. Your ability to plan, implement, and adapt strategies will be crucial in maximising the project's impact and reach.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. A comprehensive pre-employment screening process will be undertaken which will include anEnhanced Disclosure with Child Barred List
