All about the Role

As a Parking Support Officer, you will play a key role in delivering an efficient and customer-focused parking service. You will be responsible for processing Penalty Charge Notices, managing parking permit applications, handling appeals and enquiries, and supporting the administration of parking operations. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work within legislation, policies, and procedures while providing a professional service to customers and stakeholders.

All about You

You will be organised, motivated, and customer-focused, with experience working in a busy administrative environment. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence using IT systems and Microsoft 365 applications, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Most importantly, you will enjoy working as part of a team, have a keen eye for detail, and be committed to delivering a high-quality service to customers and colleagues alike
