
Parking Support Manager

In this role you will enable and manage a high-quality customer support service to the public covering a number of parking related issues. You will also support professional and technical officers from the parking team. You will need to undertake a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks including some guided legal processes and financial processing using various IT based systems.
Your main responsibilities will include answering telephone and online enquiries, entering data into IT systems, preparing service requests including parking permits and parking challenges, liaising with established software solution providers, liaison with Enforcement Agents and the day-to-day management of a small team.
Educated to at least GCSE standard or equivalent, you will have excellent communication skills complemented by office experience in a customer service environment. It is essential that you are accurate, well organised, and have a customer orientated and flexible approach to work.

Salary range
- £28,629 - £31,257 per year
