Job Description
OverviewLondon Borough of Harrow are seeking an Organisational Development and Learning & Development Administrator for a 6 month fixed-term contract.
As an OD & L&D Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Organisational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) functions within the organisation. You will be responsible for coordinating and administering various training programmes, maintaining training records, and providing administrative support to the OD & L&D team generally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Presenting on our corporate induction days.
- Maintain and update training records and databases.
- Assist in the development and distribution of training materials.
- Provide administrative support to the OD&L&D team, including preparing reports and presentations, team budget.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support the implementation of OD initiatives and projects.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an OD or L&D environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary range
- £30,384 - £32,349 per year
