    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housing Operations Manager to join Mansfield District Council’s Housing Repairs team.

    Based within the Housing Repairs and Assets service, the post holder will play a key role in the development and delivery of responsive repairs and voids in council owned homes. You will lead several supervisors and responsive teams including scheduling, inspection, planning and voids. You will be responsible for improving and monitoring performance of teams, monitoring budgets and contract management to ensure the delivery of an effective and efficient service.
