In our Professional Support Service, you'll play a vital role, supporting Children’s Services on an administrative basis, you'll contribute significantly to Children’s Services, ensuring positive outcomes for vulnerable children and families. We have a 22 hours per week, permanent position available with our Professional Support Team, based at our Central (Foleshill) Children's Social Care Office, based 454 Foleshill Road.
The working hours are: Wednesday/Thursday 8.30 - 5 pm and Friday 8.30 -4.30 pm
In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with your peers, staff and managers, actioning and responding to emails, minuting varied professional meetings on an almost daily basis, updating case management systems and working in a fast-paced environment.
Do you have extensive administration experience, including Microsoft Office, and have great attention to detail, along with excellent communication skills? Then this is the role for you!
All candidates must have the Right to Work in the UK. We are currently not offering sponsorship for this role.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such, appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

Salary range
- £25,185 - £26,403 per year
