About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and reflective Nurture Teacher to lead our new Nurture Provision for Key Stage 2 pupils at Chapelhill Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and develop a nurturing environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and mental health needs, enabling them to re-engage positively with learning and school life.

The successful candidate will lead small-group teaching and targeted interventions based on the Six Principles of Nurture, working closely with the SENCO, pastoral staff, and class teachers to ensure each child receives the right balance of academic, emotional, and social support.

You will be a qualified teacher with a deep understanding of how relationships, attachment, and emotional wellbeing impact learning. You will have a passion for inclusion and be committed to removing barriers so that every child can thrive.
