We have a fantastic opportunity available for a MOSAIC Data Cleanser to join our team here at Wokingham Borough Council, on a full time, 6-month fixed term contract.

As a MOSAIC Data Cleanser, you will play a key role in reviewing, validating, and updating records within the Mosaic system. Your work will directly support service delivery, reporting accuracy, and compliance with statutory requirements.

Additionally, you will be supporting our ongoing efforts to improve the accuracy and integrity of children’s services data.

Key responsibilities:

• Audit and cleanse existing data in the MOSAIC system
• Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and outdated entries
• Collaborate with team managers and service leads to verify data accuracy
• Support the implementation of data quality standards and procedures
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving data workflows

Candidate requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Familiarity with MOSAIC or similar case management systems
• Experience in children’s services or administrative roles
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Whilst this is a fixed term contract appointment, for anyone already employed by Wokingham Borough Council this would be classed as a secondment if successful.  Therefore, the usual permission requests for secondments apply and you must speak to your line manager in the first instance before applying.
