About the role
We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to manage the operational aspects of the Council’s four park home sites in this new role. You will ensure legal compliance with site agreements and rules, maintain health and safety standards through regular site visits, and liaise with customers, colleagues, and external agencies on matters relating to purchasing, selling, and site maintenance.


About you
Educated to degree level or equivalent, with knowledge of housing and mobile home legislation and health and safety requirements, you will also have previous experience of managing projects and contract management and monitoring. Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate well with a wide range of people both in writing and face to face.
Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal with a wide range of people is essential. Attention to detail, flexibility to adapt to changing demands together with access
to a vehicle for business use for regular site visits is also required for this post.
